When will my order ship? 

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving full payment.

After placing your order, our team works as fast as possible to verify all order information. When everything is ready, we will update your tracking number and notify you. In the case that an order is made on an out-of-stock item, one of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you. At that time you may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

Where does Buydeem ship to? 

At this time, we ship to the 48 states, and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer FREE shipping on all kitchen electronics to all of our domestic customers within the United States.

We offer FREE shipping on all accessories orders over $99 to all of our domestic customers within the United States.

We offer FREE shipping on all ingredient pack orders over $39.99 to all of our domestic customers within the United States.

Using well recognized, top-quality carriers including UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx, it is our priority to ensure you receive your package effortlessly, without extra charges or fees.

How can I track my order? 

There are 2 simple ways to track your package.

When your package is ready for shipment, Buydeem will send you a tracking number. The first way to track a package with this number is with Google, Yahoo, or any search engine. Complete an internet search using the number provided and the words ‘tracking number’ followed by the carrier’s name. For example: ‘1Z9999999999999999 tracking number UPS’. The second option is to go directly to the carrier site and search the tracking number there.

Return and Refund Policy

What is the Buydeem Return Policy? 

To ensure purchase satisfaction, we offer an effortless 30-day return, exchange, refund policy.

In the case that an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace the item at no cost. If the wrong item was shipped by mistake, Buydeem will take the item back and reship the correct product. Returns of items without defect or shipping damage must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that return and exchange shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

What is the Buydeem Refund Policy? 

During the 30-days after receiving the product, if it is decided you no longer want the item or ordered it by mistake, we will take it back and provide a full refund. 

How do I process a return? 

To begin a return, start by contacting customer service at [email protected].

To help us better process the return, in the email please include why you want to return the item, photos or video if possible, the order ID, name, address, and phone number. Once our team has your information we will review the request and approve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). When the RMA is approved, you will receive a RMA number.  Please make sure the RMA number is on the package.

How long will a refund take? 

We work as rapidly as possible to issue refunds, however, due to the multiple steps included in a return, this process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. 

Once you ship the item back to us, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for it to arrive at our warehouse. When we receive the item, we will inspect and process the product within 72 hours. After processing, the refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method. This credit will show up on your account within 2 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment company.
